1. Parent & Student Care | Chăm sóc Phụ huynh & Học sinh
- Receive, handle, and follow up on feedback, inquiries, or complaints from parents.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to check in with students and parents at key stages (course start, mid-course, end-course) to understand learning experience and prevent dropouts.
- Build and maintain positive 1–1 relationships with parents and students to ensure satisfaction, trust, and continuity in learning.
- Implement periodic parent satisfaction surveys and consolidate feedback to support continuous service improvement.
2. Consultation, Re-enrollment | Tư vấn, Tái ghi danh
- Advise and recommend suitable level courses, supplementary programs, or skill-based classes based on students’ learning progress and goals.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective consultation, re-enrollment activities, and cross-selling of educational programs.
3. Class Operations & Learning Follow-up | Vận hành lớp học & Theo dõi học tập
- Monitor class attendance, retention, leave requests, and deferrals; proactively contact parents when abnormal learning patterns arise.
- Coordinate with teachers and teaching assistants to ensure classes are delivered as scheduled, aligned with curriculum standards and quality expectations.
- Support handling operational issues during the learning process such as class transfer, make-up classes, or special learning requests.
- Track and remind teachers to complete learning feedback and reports for parents in accordance with timelines and standards.
4. Parent Engagement Marketing & Community Activities | Marketing gắn kết PHHS & Xây dựng cộng đồng
- Plan and implement parent–student engagement activities to strengthen loyalty, trust, and emotional connection with the center (e.g. Parent Workshops, Student Showcases, Progress Sharing Days, Community Events).
- Coordinate and execute loyalty and retention initiatives to improve student retention rate and brand loyalty (e.g. appreciation events, milestone celebrations, learning journey highlights).
- Drive referral growth by organizing referral-focused campaigns and engagement touchpoints, encouraging satisfied parents to introduce new families.
Requirements
- Education: College or University graduate, preferably in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in education, customer service, or english center environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and consultation skills, especially when working with parents and students.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
