Develop and implement effective operational procedures for all school activities.
Ensure compliance with regulations on safety, hygiene, fire prevention, and other legal requirements.
Manage, maintain, and optimize the use of the school’s facilities and equipment.
Monitor and effectively utilize the operational budget to ensure smooth daily operations and promptly address any arising issues.
Supervise and ensure the quality of school dining services.
Design nutritious menus that meet international standards and are appropriate for students of different age groups.
Ensure food hygiene and safety in accordance with regulations.
Recruit, train, and manage the F&B staff to ensure the satisfaction of students and parents.
Recruit, train, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of the operations team.
Foster a professional, efficient, and responsible working environment.
Proactively research and apply new technologies and modern management methods to operational processes.
Enhance service quality (especially F&B) to meet the increasing needs of students and parents.
Build and maintain effective relationships with service providers.
Carry out other operational duties or participate in special projects as assigned by the Board of Principals or Senior Management.
Commit to upholding and maintaining the organization’s vision, mission, core values, philosophy, and culture in all professional activities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience in F&B service management.
Excellent leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an international educational environment.
