Job Overview
The HRBP supports recruitment, onboarding, work permits, and compliance while ensuring smooth HR operations. This role manages employee records, advises on policies and benefits, and handles disciplinary matters. Additionally, the HRBP fosters employee integration and engagement while ensuring adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Screening resumes (local & expats) and coordinating for interview arrangements with related departments.

Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including induction, orientation, and introduction to company policies and culture.

Support new employees during their initial probation period and assist with any integration issues.
- Work Permit & Visa Process: Oversee the application and renewal of work permits for expatriates and foreign employees in compliance with local labor laws. Handle employee inquiries about work permits, visa statuses, and any related legal matters.
- Immigration: Assist in the preparation of documents and filings required for immigration compliance.
- Record Maintenance & Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of staff documents.
- Employee Communication: Provide guidance and support to local & foreign employees regarding the documentation process, ensuring they understand the requirements and timelines.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, school policies, and best HR practices. Conduct investigations and support to handle disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration: Address employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, and leave policies. Collect and check the timesheet before sending it to C&B.
- Ad-hoc HR Tasks: Assist with other HR tasks or special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at the same position in an education system
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English
