Key Responsibilities:

Give the advice for School Director and the Board of Directors of Victoria company about the medium and long-term HR strategy, personnel structure, the policy of HR development to ensure for development strategies of Victoria.
- Consult, suggest, build and deploy the Victoria systems to ensure the effective implementation of management functions, the evaluation of HR efficiency and creating a professional, effective working environment.
- Plan the HR strategy of the school based on the development trend of the business fields of the Company, the core values needed developing and the development orientation of the campus and company.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment plans to meet the short, medium and long-term HR needs of the whole School system.
- Plan and deploy the policies of developing the Company culture, the programs of training and developing the Victoria’s personnel which are suitable for the new requirements.
- Deal with problems related to relationships, labor discipline, emulation and commendation.
- Orient, improve the management system, control the administrative documents such as Rules, Regulations, Forms, etc. of the campus to ensure the systematic and standard campus.
- Be responsible for coordinating work and provide the leadership for organizing the events such as Outing, Meeting, Travelling, etc. and the targets.
- Give the solutions to ensure, maintain the administrative functions, serve the operation of the schools such as office machinery system, security surveillance camera system, communication system.
- Make the report of Social Insurance, the tax monthly, quarterly and draw the balance-sheet of Personal Income Tax as regulated by the Government.

- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual management reports for Victoria company or upon request.
- Evaluate and report the periodical implementation of KPIs of each Department, clearly: Implementation Level, the Performance Process, the Quality of work (once a year).
- Monitor the staff, teachers’ manner and working hours such as uniforms assigned for each Department, working hours/lunch break /time for leaving the school.
- Do other tasks for supporting Management Board if required.
- Propose, present the creative ideas that support the company’s development.
- Follow the other tasks as required by the line manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience at the same position in an education system
- Proficiency in office computers. Skills in using specialized software
- Management, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills that are systematic, honest and careful
- Effectively communicate with parents, students and colleagues
- Friendly, devoted, enthusiastic, and responsible dementor
