About the Role
Responsible for managing and overseeing all activities at the preschool to ensure the quality of education, safety and well-being of children, the development of the teaching staff, and maintaining positive relationships with parents. Additionally, the role supports the implementation of development goals in alignment with the overall strategic direction of the school system.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Management

Develop, implement, and supervise the preschool curriculum in accordance with the system’s educational direction.

Ensure teaching, care, and learning activities meet age-appropriate standards, child development principles, and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).

Organize periodic assessments of children's comprehensive development and communicate results to parents.
Staff Management

Train, evaluate, and support the professional growth of teachers and staff within the school.

Foster a professional, collaborative, and responsible working environment.

Assign and supervise the effectiveness of specialized, administrative, medical, and kitchen departments.
Operations – Finance – Facilities

Manage the school’s budget, financial planning, and operational expenses.

Monitor school assets, equipment, and facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and engaging environment for children.

Coordinate daily operations with the administrative, accounting, and health departments.
Parent Relations – Communications – Admissions
- Communicate and collaborate with parents to support children's learning and skill development.
- Organize parent meetings, extracurricular activities, and school events.
- Work with the admissions and communications departments to promote the school’s image, culture, and educational quality to the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Preschool Division Director or the Executive Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Holds a valid Educational Management Certificate or Preschool Leadership Training Certificate as required by local regulations.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the role of Preschool Principal or Vice Principal.
- Strong knowledge of preschool curricula, modern teaching methods, and child psychology.
- Good English communication skills, leadership ability, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in private, international, or bilingual school systems.
