Job Description

  • Teach according to the school’s curriculum and teaching plan.

  • Create a positive, creative, and inspiring classroom environment.

  • Act as a homeroom teacher, closely coordinate with parents to monitor students' learning and development.

  • Ensure teaching and learning quality, focusing on the comprehensive development of students' competencies and character.

  • Participate in professional activities, training sessions, school events, and movements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the School Board.

    Working hours: No more than 48 hours per week, scheduled by the School Board.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.

  • Priority given to candidates with teaching experience at reputable educational institutions.

  • Strong teaching capabilities, passion for education, and understanding of primary students’ psychology.

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.

  • Proficient in office computing and teaching support tools.

  • Honest, responsible, friendly, dynamic, and eager to learn.

  • Professional demeanor suitable for a modern educational environment.
