Job Description
- Student care: Supervise students' meals, health, and handle additional food brought by parents (fruits, milk, etc.).
- Student management support: Guide students on dormitory rules, follow up on schedules, handle violations, and report on discipline.
- Academic supervision: Monitor homework sessions, assist with tutoring, record teaching hours, and report academic performance.
- Perform assigned tasks, submit daily reports, and ensure students follow proper routines.
- Keep the room clean and organized; conduct weekly general cleaning.
- Participate in and support cultural, sports, extracurricular activities, festivals, and reward programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Working hours: Monday – Friday (16:00 – 07:30), Sunday – Monday (16:00 – 07:30).
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from at least a vocational or college program, with boarding management and education certification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience; male candidates preferred.
- Understanding of adolescent psychology, quick and responsive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Disciplined, honest, and able to manage time and tasks effectively.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
