JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the care and development of students with disabilities or psychological developmental challenges (e.g. intellectual disabilities, ADHD, autism, etc.) with the goal of fostering independence and developing skills across all developmental areas.
  • Be able to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), maintain IEP documentation, and provide relevant educational reports.
  • Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with students’ IEP goals, as well as classroom support activities in line with the primary school curriculum.
  • Teach 1-on-1 sessions, small group classes, and differentiated lessons based on students' IEP goals. Prepare necessary teaching aids and resources aligned with IEP objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or Educational Psychology.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education is an advantage.
  • Responsible and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrates respect towards colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Willing to support team members and contribute ideas for the purpose of teamwork, shared results, and the best interest of students.
  • Open to collaboration and building a united and supportive working environment.
