Job description

1. Guest Reception and Support

  • Welcome parents, visitors, and partners with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Verify appointments on Google Calendar or CRM; guide guests to the appropriate areas.
  • Handle walk-in guests flexibly and courteously.

2. Front Desk Area Management

  • Ensure the reception and waiting area is always clean, tidy, and aligned with the school’s branding standards.
  • Display school merchandise, uniforms, and brochures in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing welcome drinks and cold towels for VIP guests.

3. Internal Communication and Coordination

  • Coordinate smoothly with relevant departments (Admissions, Academic, Security, etc.) to manage guest flow.
  • Use internal phone lines and Zalo OA effectively for communication and coordination.
  • Take notes and handover information to the next shift to ensure information continuity.

4. Sales and Customer Service Support

  • Assist and consult parents regarding the purchase of uniforms, textbooks, and school supplies.
  • Support guests with service needs such as booking transportation, arranging meals, and making payments.

5. Mail and Package Handling

  • Receive, record, and distribute mails and packages accurately to the correct recipients.

Requirements

  • College or University degree, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism & Hotel Management, or Office Administration.
  • Experience working in bilingual schools or high-end service environments is a plus.
  • Friendly communication skills, flexibility, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Professional appearance, appropriate attire, and confident, courteous demeanor.
