About Victoria School

About the Role

We are currently looking for passionate and experienced EYFS Teachers to join our international team. You will work closely with Vietnamese co-teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education in a bilingual setting, while supporting each child’s individual journey in line with Victoria’s “Happy School” philosophy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • Create a safe, caring, and engaging learning environment that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.

  • Plan and implement lessons and activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.

  • Use formative assessment and observation to monitor children’s progress and support individual learning plans.

  • Maintain positive relationships with parents and collaborate with co-teachers and staff.

  • Participate in school events, parent meetings, and ongoing professional development.

  • Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure the wellbeing of all students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CACHE Level 3, Montessori, or equivalent).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 2–5 in an EYFS or international preschool environment.

  • Native-level English fluency.

  • Strong classroom management, interpersonal communication, and a child-centered mindset.

  • A nurturing personality, professional demeanor, and passion for early childhood education.

  • Understanding of international or bilingual school environments is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Competitive and negotiable (based on qualifications and experience).
Work hours: Max 48 hours/week, scheduled by the School Board.
