Job Description

1. Admissions:

  • Prepare and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly enrollment plans and report enrollment activities regularly to the School Director.
  • Proposing the development of a policy on tuition and fees, incentives and commissions for enrollment activities.
  • Analyze and evaluate information, implementation methods, market prices, and competitors to make recommendations on new development channels, product price improvements, and promotion programs.
  • Create, develop and manage relationships with enrollment partners.
  • Market survey and analyze work results weekly/monthly/quarterly to propose ways to improve work efficiency.
  • Collect and submit enrollment fees to the Accounting Department.
  • Periodically report following the model form. Plan for prediction of monthly repair, make the list and the budget of the prediction.
  • Collect and submit enrollment fees to the Accounting Department.
  • Participate in developing the content of admission documents.
  • Preside over the implementation of parent/student satisfaction surveys: 02 times/year or as requested by superiors.

2. Taking care of students:

  • Create and implement student care plans, ensuring students receive the best service quality.

  • Optimize receiving and handling customer feedback/complaints (CMHS/HS).

  • Propose activities to improve customer service (CMHS/HS).

  • Organize internal events and extracurricular activities for students.

  • Implement experiential activities (school tour, coffee talk) for customers (existing and new)

  • Propose, present the creative ideas that support the company’s development.

  • Follow the other tasks as required by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; prior experience working in bilingual or international schools is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive consultation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and supervise performance.
  • Customer service mindset with a professional, dynamic, and goal-oriented working attitude.
  • Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing), especially in communicating with parents
