Job Description

1. Admission:

  • Provide consultation to parents regarding tuition fees, academic programs, and school services via in-person meetings, phone calls, and social media channels.

  • Arrange campus tours, student assessments, and entrance interviews.

  • Guide school tours, prepare entrance tests, send offer letters, and assist with enrollment procedures.

  • Update student data and analyze recruitment performance.

  • Support and nurture parent relationships throughout the admissions journey.

  • Assist with front desk tasks, event check-in, and CRM data entry.

2. Customer Care:

  • Receive and handle feedback or complaints from parents, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.

  • Share event information and conduct periodic parent satisfaction surveys.

  • Maintain positive relationships with parents to improve enrollment rates and student retention.

3. Offline Marketing & Communications:

  • Plan and organize student recruitment events on campus and at external venues.

  • Create communication materials: concepts, designs, articles, and content for multi-channel platforms.

  • Write content introducing the school, programs, and testimonials from parents and students.

  • Collaborate with external partners (e.g., language centers, educational organizations) to expand recruitment channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and report on results.

4. Operations Support:

  • Supervise facilities and coordinate with departments to ensure service quality.

  • Assist with fee collection, monitor tuition payments, and send reminders to parents.

Requirements

  • Education: College or University graduate, preferably in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the education sector, customer service, or bilingual/international school environments is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Strong communication and consultation skills, especially when working with parents and students.
  • Work Style: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and task management abilities.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in admission, school operations, or customer care in an educational setting is a plus.

  • English communication skills and familiarity with social media are advantageous.

  • Positive, respectful, and courteous when interacting with parents, students, and clients.
  • Consistently maintains a professional and confident presence.
