Responsibilities

Work closely with parents, homeroom teachers, and other school departments to support students’ holistic development, both academically and personally.

Take attendance and supervise the pick-up and drop-off of boarding students using the school bus.

Manage boarding students’ daily life, routines, and learning attitude; organize evening study sessions, extracurricular clubs, and sports activities; ensure students maintain positive habits and comply with dormitory rules and schedules.

Monitor and support students in their daily activities; provide guidance, behavior correction, reminders, or disciplinary action in a respectful and educational manner when rules are violated.

Administer rewards, reminders, or disciplinary measures as directed by the School Leadership Team; collaborate effectively with other departments to accomplish assigned tasks.

Participate in professional meetings, training courses, and school workshops; actively support dormitory events and other school programs.

Maintain regular communication with homeroom teachers and parents to update them on students’ academic performance, daily routines, and personal development.

Partner with homeroom teachers and parents to cultivate positive habits, self-discipline, and responsibility in boarding students.

Complete all professional reports as required by the School Leadership Team.

Perform other duties as assigned by the School Leadership Team, ensuring the safety, discipline, and a positive living environment for all boarding students.
- Working time: Mon - Thur (16:20 - 07:20), Sun - Fri (16:00 - 07:30); 5 days (48h)/week
Requirements

Graduated with a Colleague diploma in Education or Educational Psychology.

Candidates with a professional qualification in dormitory management or boarding education are preferred.

Thoughtful, meticulous, honest, and proactive in work.

Possesses a high level of cooperation and responsibility.

Not bound by fixed working hours; required to work in the evenings and on weekends.

Committed to being available full-time with students in the boarding area.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable (based on qualifications, skills, and experience), commission on sales.
- Meal allowance: 60k/day
