The workshop also provided practical skills and knowledge on wellbeing for families to practice together at home. 🌱 Meanwhile, students enjoyed a fulfilling hour for body – mind – spirit: from outdoor activities, mindful breathing, to planting their own “seeds of happiness” and gifting parents heartfelt messages. The Family Meet-up has come to a close, but it marks the beginning of building a truly happy community. 👉 Follow Victoria School to stay updated on the upcoming Victoria Meet-up series!
