With more than 20 years of working and operating experience in the field of boarding education, Mr. Christopher Tolman has had in-depth discussions with the School Board of Management about developing this field of education. Those useful sharings not only brought new perspectives but also supported the School Boards of Victoria School to build a better boarding system.   **![Christopher Tolman at Victoria School](https://victoriaschool.edu.vn/hs-fs/hubfs/hinh%20bai.png?width=971&height=486&name=hinh%20bai.png)**   Besides sharing  his professional knowledge, he also interacted with students at the School. The enthusiasm and passion shown by the students impressed the teacher. He believes that the social skills and real-life experience cultivated during school time will give them a great advantage in the digital era. At the end of the school tour, Mr. Christopher Tolman shared that: "The sharings of the School Board of Management touched my heart. They have been accompanying the students on the path of acquiring  knowledge and helping them become useful people someday. I hope in the future we will have more opportunities to share with each other." This can be considered a joy and a great motivation for Victoria School on the long journey of educating global citizen generations who are empowered, responsible, confident and happy.
