Job description

  • Teach Preschool English in accordance with the school’s curriculum, academic plans, and professional guidelines.

  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional aids appropriate to the subject and age group.

  • Monitor and evaluate students’ learning progress and development; complete required academic records and documentation.

  • Participate in classroom observations, professional meetings, training workshops, and self-development activities.

  • Coordinate with parents to support students’ learning and development; take on homeroom responsibilities if assigned.

  • Take part in organizing extracurricular activities and events related to the subject or the school’s overall plans.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the School Board or direct supervisor.

 

Job requirements

  • Commitment to the school’s vision, mission, and educational culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood English Education

  • Preference for candidates with experience teaching Cambridge English programs in reputable education systems.

  • Strong professional competence and good understanding of secondary school student psychology.

  • Proficient in using information technology in teaching, with effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Professional demeanor, honesty, responsibility, and passion for education.
